T27 Multi stemmed Lime growing at the top of the Waterloo Rd retaining wall - Root pressure is bearing on the wall and some stabilisation works may be planned to reinforce the wall, our recommendation is crown lift to 4mtrs and reduce height by 3mtrs, reduce lateral crown spread by up to 2mtrs, remove epicormic growth. T28 Lime growing at the top of the Waterloo Rd retaining wall - Root pressure is bearing on the wall and some stabilisation works may be planned to reinforce the wall, our recommendation is crown lift to 4mtrs and reduce height by 3mtrs, reduce lateral crown spread by up to 2mtrs and remove epicormic growth. T29 Beech growing at the top of the Waterloo Rd retaining wall - Root pressure is bearing on the wall and some stabilisation works may be planned to reinforce the wall, reduce the crown by approx 1.5 mtrs overall and thin crown by 10%, remove any deadwood. Generally, any self set trees growing along the top of the retaining wall will be removed whilst we are on site to prevent future issues.
