Tree is a horse chestnut and for the fifth year running the leaves are diseased. Also, there is a huge bulge on the tree trunk indicating a sick tree, a colleague indicated it is what is known as "a bleed" . In addition to this, the tree has grown so large it overshadows most of the garden and prevents light entering the house and garden. The garden is very small and this tree is far too big to be there especially in its sick state. It is unsightly and prevents any other greenery, grass and foliage from growing. I would like to cut the tree down.
