Ash (mature tree). Two partly occluded wounds at 7 metres above ground level show evidence of decay. An old stump at approximately 9 metres is dead with die-back extending into the main stem. Woodpecker holes are evident indicating decayed wood. Regrowth from previous pruning is encroaching on a neighbouring property (number 22). These features are believed to contribute to a weakening of the tree structure that will deteriorate over time. Given the tree is located close to a neighbouring dwelling it is desirable to have it removed and replaced with a more suitable species. (See T1 on attached plan)

Oak T10 Branches on Tree are excessively large and wide. They overhang into neighbours gardens, neighbours have approached me regarding amount of leaves in their gardens, no grass will grow because of shading, falling acorns bed into the ground and I have tried for years to let the grass grow but it will not grow. The leaves on branches become so thick, no sunshine gets through. The garden is in shade because of this the garden is permanently soggy and waterlogged. The branches are almost touching my house and I am concerned if it is actually safe. In autumn the amount of leaves falling is excessive and ends up a few feet deep. This tree was in the garden when I purchased the house - Can I have permission to have it cut back please as it is affecting our living conditions.
